14.0 Ketahui Kumpulan Darah Anda!

Sebaiknya kita mengetahui Kumpulan Darah kita i.e. darah kita jenis apa.

Mereka memandu balik selepas makan.

11.0 Carta Tekanan Darah

Human Blood Pressure Range Diagram

The 1st Number: Systolic pressure is the pressure generated when the heart contracts.

The 2nd Number: Diastolic pressure is the blood pressure when the heart is relaxed.

What is Normal Blood Pressure ? Buy and use a blood pressure monitor. Compare your BP reading with the numbers on the chart above. Draw a line from your systolic pressure to your diastolic pressure. Is the slope of the line about the same as shown on the chart? Where do YOU fit in? What are your risk factors? Are your blood pressure readings within the normal blood pressure range?Should you take anti-hypertension medication to lower your blood pressure?

Normal human daily Blood Pressure Range can vary widely, so any single blood pressure monitor reading is not reliable. BP monitor readings must be taken at different times of day, to determine AVERAGE blood pressure over time.

What is important is your AVERAGE BP, or MAP (Mean Arterial Pressure) over time. Or, where are those numbers sitting MOST of the time?

Normal MAP is about 93 mm of mercury.

9.0 BORANG TUNTUTAN PERUBATAN JPA (PENCEN) - UPDATE! 23 November 2014 (6th Anniversary)

Untuk makluman, rakan-rakan yang dah bersara dari perkhidmatan Kerajaan @ pencen, boleh membuat tuntutan perubatan melalui Borang Perubatan 1/09 - Permohonan Perbelanjaan Kemudahan Perubatan Di Bawah Pekeliling Perkhidmatan Bilangan 21 Tahun 2009.

Langkah-langkah / syarat-syarat yang perlu dipatuhi ialah:

1) ubat-ubat yang dibeli di farmasi (di luar Hospital Kerajaan) disahkan oleh doktor yang merawat kita, tiada atau tidak dibekalkan oleh farmasi hospital berkenaan, contohnya Plavix 7.5mg atau Coralan 7.5mg (Ivabradine);

2) dapatkan resit dari kedai ubat / farmasi (himpun semua resit);

4) Setelah semua maklumat diisi di dalam borang tersebut, dapatkan tandatangan doktor pakar yang merawat kita di Borang tersebut (Lampiran F di atas, m/s 25);

1. Ubat
2. Alat Ortopedik
3. Anggota Palsu
4. Kerusi Roda
5. Alat Bantu Pendengaran
6. Alat Rawatan Jantung/ Alat Bantu Pernafasan/ Koklea Implan/ Colostomy Bag/ Urine Bag/ Intraocular Lens
7. Alat-alat Lain
8. Perkhidmatan Perubatan
9. Rawatan Penyakit Buah Pinggang
10. Rawatan Kemandulan
11. Rawatan Kepakaran
12. Rawatan Di Institut Jantung Negara Sdn. Bhd. (IJN)

Kawan pejabat saya kena pasang 6 batang stents, bayangkan kosnya.

8.0 Soal Jawab Dr. Pakar Jantung (1)
