264.0 Cure and Prevent Heart Disease Naturally


To cure and prevent Heart disease, basically, you need to take magnesium and fish oil. Flax seed oil is also good for the heart. Your heart needs calcium to contract and magnesium to relax your heart. This produces normal heart rhythms. Take 250-400mg daily for a few weeks if you haven't already been taking magnesium tablets. Then go to a maintenance dose of 250-400mg every other day or every few days.

Co-Q10 helps make your veins and arteries more elastic, which helps cure hardening of the arteries. Fish oil produces the same effect by emulsifying the fats and plaque that build up in your arteries and promote atherosclerosis. Take 100-150mg Co-Q10 daily and at least 1000mg fish or flax seed oil daily. 


Fish oil and flax seed oil help your heart and blood pressure because they contain omega-3 fatty acid. Fish oil helps improve circulation. Omega-3 also reduces sudden death from cardiac arrhythmias. Fish oil also reduces triglycerides levels and helps stabilize blood clotting mechanisms; which prevents blood clots, a major cause of heart attacks and strokes. Fish oil “thins” the blood.


Niacin helps clean out your veins and arteries of plaque and other debris in your blood. Taking fish oil and niacin can cure heart disease caused by plaque and hardening of the arteries. You need to take large doses of niacin to do this, but you run into a peculiar problem known as the red flush. Red flush is caused by doses of niacin as low as 25mg. This red flush is caused by the niacin expanding your capillaries to twice their normal size; allowing more blood flow to the surface of the skin. Be glad when you get it! This is the proof of the niacin working. By expanding your capillaries, your blood is able to carry a lot of toxins out of your body. 


♥♥To increase your dose of niacin, do this:


Start with 25mg niacin 2-3 times a day. When you no longer get the red flush, increase the dose to 50mg 2-3 times a day. Repeat this until you are at 100mg 2-3 times a day. Then up the dose by 50mg each time until you no longer get the red flush. You can do this all the way up to 500mg. Just remember that if you stop taking niacin for a while, don't start back taking the same dose as you were. The red flush could very well be painful instead of warming and slightly uncomfortable.


When I was first diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, my EKG showed that I had an enlarged heart. I had trouble breathing more than a few times in those months just prior to and after that EKG. Doctors only expected it to get worse, not better. Because of the way I have eaten the past 30 years, I don't have a problem with cholesterol. But I cured myself of an enlarged heart by doing the same things I told you here and getting rid of the poisons I was consuming. I asked Dr. Allen if I could get another EKG to see if I had damaged my heart by having long term high blood pressure. My EKG was very good. Just a few months ago I had an EKG again and it was almost perfect.


Be sure to do things for Stress to help minimize putting harmful pressure on your heart and circulatory system. And of course, exercise regularly, drink lots of pure water and eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as you can. And, since people often mistake heartburn (acid reflux) as a heart attack, be sure to use Apple Cider Vinegar or baking soda water to cure your heartburn, Acid Reflux.
